The following videos compile highlights and important findings from the ongoing investigations of Pornhub and its parent company, MindGeek.

Pornhub Approves Illegal Videos

Pornhub Execs claim under oath that their staff manually reviews and approves every video that is uploaded to their site. Due to the fact that many videos of child sexual abuse, rape, and other illegal content have been discovered on Pornhub, the Execs' claim means one of two things: 1) The Pornhub Execs lied under oath, or worse, 2) The Pornhub staff knowingly approved and monetized egregious criminal content. Therefore, Pornhub has necessarily committed a criminal offence.

Pornhub's Criminal Failure to Report Child Porn

Under Canadian Law, it is a criminal offense to fail to report Child Porn to the authorities. For over 10 years, Pornhub failed to report any instances of Child Porn, despite many complaints from victims.

Pornhub Execs Mislead Canadian Legislators

Pornhub claimed, under oath, to be a ‘proud partner’ of the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), a non-profit organization which processes reports of Child Porn. Watch this video to see what NCMEC had to say about that claim.

Questioning Pornography exists to encourage critical thinking about how contemporary internet porn is functioning in today’s society, and some of the harmful effects it is having.
